The Marketing Coordinator is a vital support role within the marketing team, contributing to the overall success of the department. This position involves a variety of tasks, including administrative support, market research and reporting, and campaign assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Given the client-facing nature of the role, exceptional hospitality and customer service are essential. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support to the marketing team, which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications. The coordinator will accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in conducting market research, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports to inform marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will also support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and organizational support. Content creation will be part of the responsibilities, where the coordinator will gather information, conduct research, and provide administrative support to the content team. Client communication is another key aspect, where the coordinator will support client relationships by providing administrative assistance, responding to inquiries, and coordinating communication with the marketing team. This includes developing and delivering client-facing monthly campaign presentations, emphasizing the importance of hospitality and customer service. Moreover, the coordinator will assist in the planning and execution of marketing events by providing administrative support, managing logistics, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining accurate marketing data, preparing reports, and assisting in data analysis as needed are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Proficiency in Canva and project management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (preferred)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends (preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering client-facing presentations.
