About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand presence of the company through innovative marketing strategies. This position involves managing various marketing platforms, producing content, and collaborating with marketing partners to drive business growth in new markets. The coordinator will be responsible for social media management, local advertising campaigns, and content creation, ensuring alignment with the company's core values of integrity, service, high performance, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Mark GLS calls as booked/archive
  • Dispute GLS leads
  • Respond to all online reviews
  • Participate/contribute in weekly discussions with BxB Media on marketing ideas and content
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Manage Google Local Services
  • Manage Yelp
  • Manage Hubspot
  • Manage Podium
  • Handle CO-OP & Non-Metro carrier marketing spend
  • Manage local advertising campaigns
  • Track/report weekly leads from Yelp, Google and our website
  • Produce content for the monthly MMS newsletter
  • Publish content for social media several times per week per platform
  • Document company functions and events with pictures and narrative on social media
  • Produce/publish Cascading Messages
  • Create quarterly breakfast meeting slide presentations
  • Monitor/report on effectiveness of advertising spending
  • Act as the primary contact for Entek with marketing partners
  • Develop/maintain marketing collateral for all value streams within the business
  • Document jobs and service work with pictures and narrative on social media
  • Produce video content of local company activities for posting on websites and social media
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns to drive business into new markets
  • Help plan and participate in trade shows
  • Produce company and industry-specific blog content
  • Take video/photo in various conditions (i.e. crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing automation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple social media platforms
  • Experience in content creation and management
  • Familiarity with Google Local Services, Yelp, Hubspot, and Podium
  • Ability to analyze and report on advertising effectiveness
  • Experience in local advertising campaigns

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in video production
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with trade show planning and execution
