The Marketing Coordinator will implement the Barrett marketing strategy while adhering to the brand voice guidelines, ensuring that all promotional activities align with the company's values and objectives. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will develop a comprehensive understanding of all Barrett products, including rifle systems, parts, and accessories. This knowledge will be acquired through various resources such as the ERP system, the company website, manuals, spec sheets, and hands-on training. The Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating written agreements for loaned demonstration rifles and accessories, as well as managing the logistics of shipping and returning these items. The position involves a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at supporting outbound communication efforts. This includes managing content for the company website and email marketing campaigns, creating engaging articles, and maintaining an active presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. The Marketing Coordinator will also be involved in producing promotional materials, photography, video content, and organizing trade shows and events. An essential part of the role is to educate customers about the features and benefits of Barrett products, thereby improving product-related sales and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and programs to support brand maintenance and promotion.
  • Implement the Barrett marketing strategy while adhering to brand voice guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all Barrett products, including rifle systems and accessories.
  • Coordinate written agreements for loaned demonstration rifles and accessories.
  • Manage the logistics of shipping and returning demonstration items.
  • Support outbound communication through website content, email marketing, and social media.
  • Create promotional materials and manage photography and video content.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows and events.
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits to enhance sales and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Experience creating and maintaining content for websites and email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and forums.
  • Moderate photography and videography skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, Lightroom) and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to lift and carry or move up to 70 pounds for extended periods.
