About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Kelly Services will support the Marketing team in various projects and deliverables, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role is essential for maintaining project plans, managing marketing materials, and analyzing campaign metrics to track success. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite, and is a one-year contract role.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Marketing team high level project plan and key milestones
• Supporting Marketing team on various projects and deliverables
• Coordinating with internal/external vendors to maintain the inventory and directory of marketing materials
• Managing monthly internal communications calendar and Sharepoint content
• Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
• Coordinating and monitoring vendor purchase order process & monthly budget reconciliation
• Managing assets in Veeva CLM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Communications preferred)
• 1-2 years of marketing coordinator role or similar experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)

Nice-to-haves

• Pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Veeva Vault & Veeva CLM preferred but not required
