About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and nurturing donors and prospects for Cross Catholic Outreach's global mission to serve the poor. This position is responsible for the timely execution of marketing initiatives, tracking performance, and reporting results, contributing to the organization's overall effectiveness in outreach and communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members to schedule, coordinate, traffic and deliver marketing deliverables.
• Coordinate marketing deliverables with internal stakeholders, external media partners, and marketing agencies.
• Ensure accurate and timely internal communication.
• Document, analyze, and report marketing effectiveness to improve future performance of marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand and identity consistency across all communication channels.
• Edit and proofread copy for marketing materials.
• Provide donor-centric suggestions to enhance marketing deliverables.
• Administrative support including creating meeting agendas, coordinating technology set-up, and taking notes.

Requirements

• Experience in event planning and advertising sales.
• Mid-level experience in digital marketing and marketing automation.
• Proficiency in MailChimp and HubSpot.
