About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at AMAROK will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing efforts through strategic management of social media, event marketing, and campaigns that align with AMAROK's mission and brand. This position is designed for a dynamic team player who can leverage current trends to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive leads. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, digital expertise, and a passion for marketing, while also being receptive to direction and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements.
• Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including marketing automation, CMS, email signatures, and intranet sites.
• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand.
• Research social media trends and inform management of relevant changes to marketing activities.
• Maintain email marketing best practices and lead the effort in monthly newsletters and other email marketing projects.
• Manage corporate associations memberships and relationships.
• Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments and external partners.
• Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software is an asset.
• Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, and sharing information with team members.
• Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs, and features; experience in web page development or graphic design is helpful.
