As a Marketing Coordinator joining our small, dynamic team, you'll get to wear multiple hats and dive into a variety of marketing tasks. This part-time role offers a chance to develop a broad skill set while contributing to our company's success. We're looking for someone who's not just skilled and proactive but also has a witty sense of humor to match our team's unique culture. This is a part-time contract role with the potential to become full-time, based on performance, business needs, culture fit, and the candidate's desire. We're looking for a well-rounded and versatile candidate. While having a broad skill set is ideal, exceptional skills in a few key areas can also be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging content for flyers, postcards, and display ads using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns using Drip Update and maintain website content on WordPress and Webflow
  • Design and implement SMS marketing strategies
  • Assist with PPC advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Write compelling press releases and case studies
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Conduct research projects, as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and tools
  • Familiarity with working in a small business environment and the ability to handle a variety of tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges
  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in proofreading and cross-referencing documents for consistency
  • Curiosity to embrace new technologies and marketing channels, with a drive to master them
  • Experience writing press releases in accordance with AP Style
  • Working knowledge of HTML is a plus
