About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is responsible for assessing the clinical appropriateness of patients across all age groups, communicating necessary information to physicians, and facilitating admissions when appropriate. This role is crucial in ensuring that individuals and families receive the right mental health services in a supportive environment. The position also involves marketing responsibilities to promote the facility's services and enhance referral development.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical appropriateness of patients of all ages.
• Communicate information to the physician regarding patient assessments.
• Facilitate admissions with the Assessment and Referral Department when necessary.
• Make appropriate recommendations if admission is not suitable.
• Engage in marketing activities to promote the facility's services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; Master's preferred.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Minimum of three years documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
