The Fountains at Mill Cove is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 - $16 and is integral to our commitment to excellence in providing quality continuing care and support. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales staff by ensuring the timely administration of sales and marketing efforts, which are crucial for maintaining and improving the occupancy levels of our community. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will utilize various sales processes, systems, and forms to perform job duties effectively. This includes tracking information, compiling data and reports, and achieving desired community occupancy goals. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the sales process by engaging with prospective residents, their family members, and advisors, helping them understand their needs and how our services and programs can meet those needs. Prompt responses to inquiries from referral sources, prospective residents, and families are essential, as is providing accurate community and company information to all who inquire. The position also involves completing weekly follow-up calls, letters, and tours as defined by the community marketing plan and directed by the Sales and Marketing Director. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and complete all activities necessary for the sale, converting deposits to move-ins, which may include visiting prospects' homes or healthcare providers to ensure all required forms are completed prior to move-in. Daily communication with the Sales and Marketing Director and other key associates regarding the status of prospective move-ins is crucial, as is coordinating the move-in process for new residents in an efficient and welcoming manner. Administrative support for the Marketing Department is another key responsibility, along with representing the community and increasing awareness through participation in outside events and professional groups as directed by the Sales and Marketing Director. The Marketing Coordinator will leverage community knowledge and research to assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing monthly prospect and referral source activities and events as specified by the community marketing plan. Additionally, the role may involve answering phone calls and logging leads into the prospecting system, assisting the Sales and Marketing Director with the execution of marketing plans, preparing data for reports, and maintaining a working knowledge of the lead management system to develop reports and input sales and marketing activities in a timely manner.
