About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting a long-standing organization in New Jersey by managing and coordinating various marketing projects. This position requires a strong emphasis on design and project management, particularly using Adobe InDesign, to create marketing collateral that aligns with brand standards and project objectives. The role involves collaboration with the marketing team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects that require extensive use of Adobe InDesign, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and project objectives.
• Assist in the creation and design of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital assets using InDesign.
• Review and proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to gather content, provide design input, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate, track, and support the firm's business development/marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or design role, with a strong emphasis on using Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Internship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering, or construction industry a plus.
