About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Goodale & Barbieri Company is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of a leading commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm. This role involves content creation, digital marketing management, and collaboration with sales teams to develop effective marketing strategies that promote properties and engage potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Content creation including writing property descriptions, coordinating photography and videography, developing marketing brochures, and creating presentations and proposals.
  • Managing accurate and up-to-date property listings on platforms like CommercialMLS, LoopNet, CoStar, and Apartments.com.
  • Overseeing the company website, optimizing SEO, managing social media accounts, and tracking website analytics.
  • Supporting real estate brokers and property managers in developing and executing marketing strategies to nurture leads and promote new listings.
  • Conducting market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and local demographics.
  • Assisting in lead generation through targeted outreach and attending industry events.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to create customized marketing plans for properties and clients.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Tracking key marketing metrics and analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Planning and executing marketing events such as employee parties and networking receptions.
  • Managing the marketing budget and tracking related expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a business-related program with a concentration in graphic design, communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Associate's degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Real estate industry experience preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with website content management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
