About the position

BridgeBio is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in various administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to work independently. The Marketing Coordinator will manage calendars, event logistics, and contracts to enhance the productivity of the Marketing Team. This position involves managing multiple high-priority assignments and maintaining strong working relationships within the company and with external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple team members within the marketing team
  • Assist in contract and purchase order executions for marketing engagements
  • Provide onboarding support for new vendors and agencies
  • Establish a document management system
  • Support with budget management and tracking
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely payments and proactive communication with external stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including staff meetings and off-site events
  • Provide onboarding support for new hires and assist with cubicle assignments
  • Handle all travel arrangements for domestic and international travel
  • Submit expense reports and receipts in a timely manner
  • Perform project work as necessary to support each team's goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Proactive work ethic and attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple calendars
  • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to work across all levels
  • High level of confidentiality, discernment, and judgment
  • Desire to grow and take on projects under pressure
  • Generally IT savvy
  • Experience working with all levels of management, employees, vendors, and customers
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events/conferences
  • Experience with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
