We are seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator with a focus on product marketing, events coordination, and expanding our contact database. This role is instrumental in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote our products/services, manage events effectively, and grow our customer and prospect database. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in developing and implementing product marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively. You will create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales support materials. Conducting market research and analyzing customer insights to refine product messaging and positioning will also be part of your responsibilities. Supporting product launches and promotional activities to drive awareness and sales is crucial to this role. In terms of events coordination, you will plan, organize, and execute company events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and customer events. This includes coordinating event logistics, managing event budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies to ensure successful outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve event objectives. Additionally, you will manage and expand the company's contact database through effective data acquisition and segmentation strategies, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Utilizing CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement will be essential. You will also analyze database trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. General marketing support will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, content creation, and sales to align marketing activities with business goals. You will assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, presentations, and reports as needed, while monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.

Requirements
