About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness across key market segments. This role involves assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, developing communication strategies, and contributing to promotional and public relations efforts. It is ideal for individuals with a generalist marketing background or those looking to broaden their expertise in various marketing areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and market needs.
  • Set up and manage tracking systems for online marketing activities to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Write clear and compelling product marketing copy for various channels such as website, email, social media, and print materials.
  • Coordinate promotional activities for new products and services, including trade show setup, product photoshoots, and product launch events.
  • Assist with media relations, social media management, and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining email marketing campaigns, including managing contact lists and tracking campaign performance.
  • Support product photoshoots by assisting with planning, coordination, and day-of activities.
  • Track progress and report on marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Director of Sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and executing marketing, communications, and public relations activities.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience writing press releases, marketing presentations, and managing media inquiries.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple marketing outlets and platforms (social media, websites, email marketing, direct mail, etc.).
  • Educational background in marketing, communications, public relations, or related fields; Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or public relations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • HubSpot Certification or similar marketing tools certification.
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
