The coordinator will collaborate with various departments to maintain organized marketing processes and enhance customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the process of assigning, processing, and preparing incoming leads for the sales team.
• Perform twice-daily CRM uploads, updating and filling in crucial lead data.
• Oversee the accurate processing, charging, and recording of marketing invoices.
• Manage inventory and collaborate with the global team to keep literature and promotional products stocked and up-to-date.
• Ensure sales and service teams have the right materials, including branded swag and product literature.
• Manage a loyalty program that delivers personalized gifts and messages to customers.
• Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy in career descriptions and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in creating and executing email campaigns that engage customers and prospects.
• Work with marketing data to craft targeted messages for email campaigns.
• Assist in organizing and executing impactful events, from trade shows to customer seminars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in formatting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects.
