About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on graphic design, social media management, and event planning. This role requires a blend of creativity and organizational skills to enhance brand awareness and engagement through various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing creative assets for digital campaigns, email newsletters, and event promotions.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content strategies.
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, coordinating logistics and vendor management.
• Manage marketing assets and organize design files, social media calendars, and event schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, focusing on design, social media management, and event planning.
• Strong proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management.
• Event planning experience, including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with video editing tools and multimedia content creation.
• Experience with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite).
