About the position

The Marketing Department is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team, responsible for a variety of daily marketing activities that are crucial to the success of our promotions and events. This role encompasses the planning and execution of promotions and special events, coordination of contracts and riders for entertainment, and managing audio-visual needs for these events. The successful candidate will also handle media coordination and scheduling, social media planning and postings, and the scheduling and proofing of email, mail, and marketing materials. Additionally, the role involves planning and participating in public relations activities, assisting in the purchasing of marketing supplies, and tracking expenses and budgets to ensure financial accountability. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our marketing initiatives. You will coordinate the details of casino promotions, tournaments, and events, which includes creating timelines, writing rules, setting up kiosks, purchasing supplies, and communicating with all relevant departments. You will assist the Marketing Manager and Director in planning monthly marketing programs, helping to create calendars and other materials necessary for successful implementation. Collaboration with other departments will be key to planning effective marketing activities. Your responsibilities will also include conducting casino promotions, tournaments, and events, setting up shows for sale in the company ticketing system, and coordinating the setup and teardown of events and promotional areas under the direction of the Marketing Manager. You will be tasked with resolving customer complaints and questions regarding promotions and events, researching and documenting competitor promotions, and assisting at the Resort Club during VIP events and gift distribution promotions. Furthermore, you will assist customers with inquiries about mail, points, comps, and promotions, and support the Marketing and Entertainment teams in planning entertainment, including contract proofing and coordination of technical requirements for performances. You will work at entertainment events to ensure smooth execution, assist with proofing design materials, and manage the posting of marketing information and calendars on promotions boards. Your role will also involve changing out property signage and digital signage, planning and scheduling social media content, and monitoring online reputation through the approved ECR platform, responding to reviews within designated time frames. Close collaboration with the Marketing Director will be essential to create and maintain a project production schedule, process sponsorship and donation requests, and coordinate participation in public relations activities. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse staff and interfacing with advertising agencies to meet deadlines for radio, newsprint, and television advertisements will also be part of your responsibilities. Finally, you will prepare purchase orders for marketing or entertainment projects and events based on budget considerations.

Responsibilities
