The Marketing Coordinator position is a dynamic role that requires excellent social media marketing skills and the ability to work closely with the Leasing Director and VP of Asset Management. The primary focus of this role is to identify and implement specific social media marketing techniques, platforms, and programs that can enhance the marketing efforts for small suite spaces. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing a comprehensive plan for creating and executing marketing strategies on approved platforms and programs. This includes creating an Instagram page dedicated to promoting and advertising small suite spaces, developing engaging content, and managing regular updates to keep the audience informed and engaged. In addition to social media management, the Marketing Coordinator will post listings on various platforms such as Facebook, Craigslist, LoopNet, Co-Star, Crexi, Commercial Edge, and AIR/Catalyst. The role also involves exploring Google Ads and other digital marketing methods to ensure that the building appears prominently in search results for small office spaces in the San Francisco Financial District. The Marketing Coordinator will create specific marketing flyers for small suites using design tools like Adobe and Canva, and will update the building's websites to include information about small suites and their amenities. Researching the target audience is a crucial part of this role. The Marketing Coordinator will create prospective client lists that include psychology and therapy practices, small law firms, accounting firms, tech start-ups, and other small businesses that would be a good fit for small office suites. Additionally, the Coordinator will develop a list of local medical buildings for the Leasing Manager to use for cold calling prospective tenants, particularly those that house psychologists or therapists. The role also requires the development of new target client and marketing ideas, which will be presented to the Leasing Manager for consideration.
