About the position

CPH is a multi-disciplined Engineering and Architectural design firm that ranks among the nation's Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Tampa, Florida office. This full-time position requires the selected candidate to work on-site and offers a hiring bonus of up to $1,000. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating the production of graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud software, aimed at developing high-impact graphics for marketing and business development initiatives. The responsibilities of this position include managing graphic design projects such as web design, document production, maps, exhibit production, presentation graphics, and various marketing materials. The coordinator will assist with general office administration, coordinate with Project Managers and subconsultants to gather content for proposals, and handle tasks such as copying, binding, and shipping. Additionally, the role may involve providing courier services to ensure timely proposal submissions, producing exhibits and documents for strategic pursuits, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supply inventory. The ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines is essential, as is the availability to work overtime when necessary. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A fast-paced, action-oriented, and self-starter attitude is crucial for success in this role. The Marketing Coordinator will also perform other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor, contributing to the overall marketing and business development efforts of CPH.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production of graphics utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and subconsultants to obtain content for proposals.
  • Handle copying, binding, and shipping of documents.
  • Provide courier duties to deliver proposals to meet submission deadlines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work as a team player.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic understanding of graphic design and layout design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Muse, and Premier).
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
