About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will support the fundraising program and provide overall marketing assistance to the team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of the fundraising program, overseeing building tours, and providing operational support for consumer events. The ideal candidate will be organized, a strong communicator, and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new fundraising clients and provides customer service support.
• Processes orders and ensures successful delivery of fundraising products.
• Partners with the Director of Marketing on strategy and implementation to generate new fundraising clients.
• Contributes overall marketing support with a focus on social media, collateral development, and brand partnerships.
• Ensures successful setup and execution of consumer events in partnership with the Director of Marketing.
• Provides backup customer service and fulfillment support for the e-commerce team during peak times.
• Follows company safety guidelines including proper lifting techniques and safe storage of materials.
• Contributes to a culture consistent with company values of integrity, compassion, hard work, and customer service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales role, including internship experience.
• 1-3 years of direct customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Clear and professional communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong typing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 LBs.
