Responsibilities

• Support multiple marketing projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with departmental and company goals.
• Familiarize with B2B social media activation, primarily LinkedIn, and manage email marketing campaigns with reporting for engagement improvements.
• Execute brand assets in line with brand guidelines across various marketing communication channels.
• Utilize MS Excel for data management, reporting, and providing actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives across the global organization.
• Assist in the development and management of marketing materials, presentations, and collateral.
• Provide support in executing marketing events, trade shows, and other in-person engagements.
• Support internal events and communications to improve internal branding and marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage projects effectively, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of content marketing, with experience in writing, editing, and managing assets.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members across the organization.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
