Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for tracking creative collateral, ensuring that content remains fresh and relevant across all platforms. This includes managing the marketing calendar to confirm that all marketing duties are completed on schedule and planning recurring marketing efforts. Performance analysis is a critical component of this role, as the Marketing Coordinator will review marketing performance metrics and suggest data-driven adjustments to improve lead generation, reduce costs, and enhance conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the social media team member and implement strategies to boost engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
