About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at resort locations. This role involves scheduling guests for presentations, serving as a brand ambassador, and ensuring compliance with company policies while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
  • Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keeping current on marketing information and materials.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
