About the position

As a Marketing Coordinator at Wycliffe Bible Translators, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission to make God's Word accessible to all people. This position involves managing marketing projects, coordinating departmental operations, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team. Your contributions will help foster a sense of belonging in communities worldwide and amplify the impact of Bible translation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Pray regularly for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for people around the world.
  • Act as an organizational representative to encourage participation in Bible translation.
  • Promote team and organizational culture standards, ensuring high customer service.
  • Collaborate on departmental initiatives to enhance staff experiences.
  • Engage with marketing team members and technical staff to align projects with marketing strategies.
  • Utilize project management software to monitor and manage projects.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on inventory, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Intake and monitor new marketing projects, addressing potential issues.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation and records.
  • Participate in cross-organizational planning and project meetings.
  • Process supplier invoices for payment within budget in Workday software.
  • Uphold and promote the organization's values and mission through marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations management, or project coordination.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations and project management.
  • Intermediate knowledge of print management and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Workday HCM.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects in a marketing context.
  • Nonprofit ministry work or volunteer experience.
