Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Assess the success of marketing campaigns and track sales data
• Conduct marketing research to learn about the target audience and current industry trends
• Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral that delivers a clear brand message
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Lead social media efforts and stay updated with marketing trends
• Organize appearances at trade shows, career fairs, and truck shows
• Prepare and present marketing reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create specialized marketing strategies that contribute to overall business success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field/experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients/customers
• Ability to plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyze sales forecasts and marketing needs
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, etc.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
