About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Roberts Hawaii plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage integrated marketing campaigns while supporting day-to-day marketing activities. The coordinator will collaborate with senior management and various teams to promote the company's diverse offerings and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Help create engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support strategic marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up.
  • Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking metrics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in print and video production, photography, graphic design, branding, and public relations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Skilled in the use of computers, adapts to new technology, keeps abreast of changes, learns new programs quickly, and uses technology to improve productivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with graphic design software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suites).
  • Passion for travel, tourism, and the Hawaiian culture is a plus.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed or assigned.
