About the position

The Marketing Coordinator position at LAN Associates is a full-time role focused on supporting various marketing efforts within a mid-sized architectural and engineering firm. The role involves both traditional marketing tasks and the proposal submission process, requiring strong organizational and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to proposal development, maintain client information, and assist in creating marketing materials, while also having the opportunity to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support proposal efforts, including development, formatting, and working with technical staff to write RFP/RFQ's
  • Work with admin to ensure proposal requirements are met and delivered on time
  • Prepare qualification packages for prospective clients and new leads
  • Maintain sub-consultant information and requests
  • Assist with assembling materials for shortlist presentations, including design and strategy
  • Review and proofread copy of proposals and digital marketing materials
  • Create project experience marketing sheets
  • Create and update staff resumes and personnel information
  • Be a key contributor to the firm's CRM, including updating opportunity data and tracking leads
  • Work on internal communication efforts such as newsletters, townhall presentations, and monthly lunch and learns
  • Write digital marketing communications for project portfolios and efforts to grow client acquisition, as well as improve client retention
  • Create graphics for the website, proposals, email campaigns, social media, and more
  • Advance the company's social media platforms by providing content, graphics, and campaigns
  • Support efforts for tradeshow registration for conferences, hotels & travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong written, communication, and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Word processing software
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the AEC industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Graphic design skills
