About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Timber Hill Winery is responsible for driving the winery's marketing efforts through creativity and strategic thinking. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and collaborating with the team to promote events and enhance the winery's brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and the winery's website.
• Create engaging content, graphics, and copy to promote wines, events, and the brand story.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies.
• Design and produce graphics for marketing materials, signage, and digital channels.
• Write compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, newsletters, and other communications.
• Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to develop and execute promotional strategies for winery events.
• Assist with event marketing campaigns, including creating event materials, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Support the Event Coordinator during events to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Contribute as a team player in a small, close-knit team and support other areas of the winery as needed.

Requirements

• A passion for marketing, creativity, and storytelling.
• Experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Knowledge or enthusiasm for wine is a bonus but not required.
