About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Kiemle Hagood is responsible for providing marketing and property listing support for both Brokerage and Corporate departments. This role involves developing marketing collateral, managing digital communication deliverables, and organizing property listing data. The position also includes occasional administrative support to other assistants as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers and teams to create and manage property listing marketing materials.
• Post, maintain, and track property listings on various platforms.
• Input and manage property listing data, ensuring accuracy and maintenance.
• Maintain social media sites and manage marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing proposal packages and other marketing collateral.
• Order installation and repairs for property listing signage.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing commercial real estate market data bi-annually.
• Design and order print deliverables for all departments.
• Provide back-up assistance to Brokerage Assistants as needed.
• Assist in ongoing marketing and design projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and motivated self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Familiarity with SEO and social media management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
• Aptitude and interest in social media and design trends.
