About the position

Bray Associates-Architects INC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic marketing department. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communication, and graphic design, along with familiarity with web and social media platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as the candidate will be responsible for creating and editing various marketing materials. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's marketing efforts, ensuring that all collateral aligns with the firm's strategic goals and brand identity. The Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with writing and editing content for both internal and external marketing materials. This includes identifying and preparing award submissions, coordinating professional photography, and managing logistics for tradeshows and conferences. The role also involves collaborating with vendors for the production of marketing materials and assisting in the preparation of client proposals and qualifications. The candidate will need to maintain an organized inventory of department resources and ensure that all marketing efforts are executed efficiently and effectively. In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the firm's web and social media presence, monitor inventory supplies, and support the onboarding process for new personnel. The position requires a collaborative spirit, as the candidate will work closely with team members to accomplish job-related tasks and support the overall goals of the marketing department. Responsibilities

  • Write and edit content for internal and external marketing and communication materials, as needed.
  • Identify, write, and edit award submissions and coordinate related materials and events.
  • Coordinate professional photography, including preparing shot lists and communicating with internal staff, clients, and photographers.
  • Track, organize, and coordinate tradeshows/conferences and related tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for print and production of marketing and communication materials.
  • Support the department in preparing, printing, and assembling collateral and client materials such as proposals and qualifications.
  • Coordinate in-office job shadows and related materials.
  • Coordinate personnel photography, bios, and other onboarding tasks.
  • Research and coordinate the ordering of promotional items for the firm.
  • Assist with the firm's web and social media presence, as needed.
  • Monitor inventory of department resources and work with the Office Manager to order supplies.
  • Maintain printer and coordinate outside printer maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure all collateral supports the firm's strategic goals and brand identity, considering intended use, audience, and specific project goals.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing job-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing, communications, and graphic design experience.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and WordPress.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Highly productive work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize job responsibilities, work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment - a collaborative spirit is essential.
