Responsibilities

  • Learn from marketing advisors and leadership to understand processes and strategies.
  • Provide outstanding service on in-scope requests, cultivating trust with customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Advisors on initiatives for top-producing agents.
  • Support execution of marketing initiatives for a varied portfolio of agents.
  • Project manage the creation of custom agent marketing needs, managing design workflow and vendor communication.
  • Develop marketing strategies and recommendations to maximize budget effectiveness.
  • Analyze and optimize customers' marketing plans to inform future strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by understanding market performance and client needs.
  • Liaise with the design team to coordinate high-impact projects.
  • Manage the request ticketing system to answer questions and route requests.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience at a brand, agency, or real estate brokerage.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning.
  • Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Passionate about the intersection of marketing and technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Office Suite, and Google Suite products.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and their ad platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite products, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
