About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the creation and delivery of marketing projects, supporting the company's vision and strategic initiatives. This role involves conducting market research, producing promotional materials, analyzing sales data, and suggesting creative ways to enhance brand awareness. The position also includes managing social media platforms, organizing marketing events, and developing marketing materials to engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the company's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.
  • Design and implement successful marketing programs.
  • Measure customer satisfaction with JNL products and services.
  • Perform market analysis and research on JNL competitors.
  • Prepare promotional presentations.
  • Organize marketing events, including local, regional, national, and international trade shows.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and develop marketing material.
  • Set up tracking system for online marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.
  • Conduct research to analyze customer's behavior (e.g., purchasing habits, trends, and preferences).
  • Create and manage videos and the JNL YouTube channel.
  • Develop distributor marketing support materials.
  • Monitor and ensure consistent, positive, and professional JNL image.
  • Update and maintain JNL website and social media.
  • Develop analytic tracking for JNL marketing programs.
  • Create JNL marketing support materials.
  • Develop training videos.
  • Participate in new product development as needed.
  • Develop, manage, and implement JNL market plan (annual).
  • Create an annual marketing budget and present it to JNL executive management for approval.
  • Attend and actively participate in JNL sales meetings, as requested.
  • Conduct JNL marketing meetings.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and image.
  • Explore parallel markets for JNL products.
  • Provide a high level of service to all JNL customers.
  • Maintain JNL computer systems with accurate information.
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and internal staff.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties and tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a marketing role at a small to medium size business.
  • Knowledge in Marketing Communications, social media, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Collaboration, Attention to Detail.
  • Two years of education in an undergraduate program in marketing; Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Mass Email Systems (MailChimp), Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media Management Tools (Hootsuite), and WordPress.
