About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Page is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business development initiatives that align with the strategic and financial goals of the Academic Sector. This role requires a creative, self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high-quality materials for proposals and presentations. The position involves collaboration with senior management and various teams to enhance brand awareness and secure work for the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall pursuit process to ensure accuracy and quality of materials.
  • Assist interview presentation teams and develop interview content.
  • Act as a process driver to ensure efficient procedures and protocols are in place.
  • Provide input and collaboration for responding to RFPs and marketing inquiries.
  • Work closely with marketing, business development, and project delivery staff to produce proposals and related materials.
  • Develop and maintain marketing content for various platforms including the website and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy of information in the CRM System (VantagePoint).
  • Lead other marketing, communication, and business development efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, English, Journalism, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related design field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing and proposal management experience within the A/E/C industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, graphic, time management, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and edit narrative content.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including consistency, formatting, grammar, visuals, and brand adherence.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Superior project management skills for short and long-term deadlines.
  • Ability to work with geographically diverse teams across multiple offices.
