As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support Marketing Managers and Specialists in creating qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations aimed at attracting new clients and nurturing existing client relationships. In this role, you will be a proactive self-starter who excels under tight deadlines, playing a crucial part in coordinating and assisting teams with proposal submissions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining marketing and promotional materials, conducting research, collecting data, and updating records. This position requires a creative thinker who is passionate about effectively communicating architecture and design, thereby supporting NBBJ's brand and work acquisition objectives. Attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in InDesign are essential for success in this role. You will collaborate with the NBBJ Marketing team and pursuit teams primarily located in New York, as well as virtually with teams in Boston and Columbus, Ohio. Your tasks will involve coordinating and producing submission materials for marketing prospects, ensuring that standard project and company information remains current and accessible, and maintaining accountability to the team while adhering to budget constraints. You will also manage the process of collecting and entering accurate project data into databases such as Deltek Vision, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and OpenAsset, while providing support for various marketing requests, conferences, and event planning activities.
