As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in impacting sales results by developing, supporting, and executing field marketing and segment activities. You will assist the Marketing Director in implementing and promoting various marketing campaigns, ensuring that they resonate with the target audience. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating, promoting, executing, and providing follow-up summaries on market-wide events, which are essential for enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with the team to develop social media strategies, create compelling content, and manage social media accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and updating email marketing templates, managing design requests, and communicating with top real estate agents and market leadership regarding marketing initiatives. Your expertise in marketing technology tools will be invaluable as you assist agents, managers, and administrative staff in troubleshooting and providing guidance. Hands-on experience with printing and mailing projects will also be part of your duties, along with providing input on requirements for additional marketing tools. As a liaison between offices, vendors, and accounting, you will ensure smooth operations regarding monthly billing invoices. Your creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas will contribute to revenue generation for various clientele, making this position both challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support, and execute field marketing and segment activities to impact sales results.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with the implementation and promotion of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate, promote, execute, and provide follow-up summaries on market-wide events.
  • Collaborate on social media strategy and compile and create content; assist in managing social media accounts.
  • Create and update email marketing templates including compiling and creating designs.
  • Initiate and project manage market-wide design requests.
  • Communicate with top real estate agents and market leadership on design projects and marketing initiatives.
  • Train on and understand Mar Tech tools and assist in troubleshooting/offering guidance to agents, managers, and admin.
  • Handle hands-on printing and mailing projects.
  • Provide input on requirements for additional marketing tools.
  • Act as a liaison between offices/vendors and Accounting for monthly billing invoices.
  • Advise on new ideas to generate revenue for various clientele.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience or training in marketing or sales preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for artistic design.
  • Exceptional communication skills and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to multi-task through multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and skill to manage social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe suite and/or Canva for graphic creation (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Desire to succeed.
