About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Mothership Coffee is a full-time role designed for a motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the brand's visibility and voice. This position involves executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and supporting creative initiatives that align with the company's mission. The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing, socially responsible company.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign creation and execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Engage with social media management, including some content creation and occasional account communications.
• Plan, organize, and execute events to bring the community closer to Mothership's values and brand.
• Develop digital content and collateral to reach our audience in fresh, engaging ways.
• Analyze campaign and social media metrics to inform future strategies and report growth impact.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to keep projects on track and on-brand.
• Foster brand advocacy and strengthen customer relationships, primarily in a B2C setting but with an eye for strategic B2B opportunities.
• Conduct regular visits to our cafes to keep a pulse on the Mothership community and brand experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally with some exposure to food & beverage or consumer brands.
• Proven self-starter who's comfortable working independently and handling multiple priorities at once.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to amplify Mothership's unique brand story.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and technologies (experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Asana, and Open AI a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of executing campaigns from start to finish.
• A natural sense of urgency and adaptability, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
