At Vance Misuraca Orthodontics, our team is dedicated to offering personalized treatment in a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our practice. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new patients, enhance brand awareness, and maintain our positive reputation in the community. This role requires creativity, organization, and a passion for connecting with people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase patient acquisition and retention
• Manage and update our website, social media accounts, and other online platforms
• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and print materials
• Coordinate community outreach programs and events to promote our services
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns' performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with the office team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
• Manage online reviews and respond to patient feedback
• Work with external vendors for advertising, printing, and other marketing needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in orthodontic marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Passionate about patient care and community engagement
