About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at impactHR, LLC is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies. This part-time role involves managing social media presence, maintaining the CRM system, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting with event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Create and post frequent, relevant content on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook to promote impactHR news and activities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Specialist to enhance social media outreach for lead generation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update the CRM/marketing tool, Pipedrive, ensuring accurate information for marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to website maintenance by reviewing and updating content regularly.
• Assist in researching HR topics and writing the monthly e-newsletter, 'impactnews'.
• Research and write blog posts for the Principal's LinkedIn account.
• Prepare direct marketing letter campaigns targeting specific audiences.
• Research and create new marketing collateral to support impactHR's services and products.
• Manage event planning and execution, including attendee registration and logistics.
• Identify creative strategies to enhance brand messaging and market positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Email Marketing).
• Strong communication and writing skills for content creation and client engagement.
• Graphic design skills (Canva) are a plus.
• Event management experience is preferred.
