We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team at our esteemed mortgage company. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping execute on a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand visibility, drives lead generation, and positions us as a leader in the mortgage industry. In this position, you will implement a strategic marketing plan to promote our mortgage solutions, drive lead generation, and increase brand awareness. You will create and distribute compelling newsletters, market updates, and promotional emails to engage clients and partners. Additionally, you will coordinate client events, service events, staff events, and realtor events to strengthen relationships and foster brand loyalty. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute impactful social media campaigns, including content creation, posting, and community management. Regular strategy meetings will be conducted to assess campaign performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for optimization. You will also monitor online reviews and comments to maintain a positive brand image and address customer inquiries effectively. Maintaining the company's online presence is crucial, and you will be responsible for overseeing website content, social media profiles, and other digital marketing channels. Utilizing customer insights and market research, you will identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you will implement offline marketing initiatives, including print materials, direct mail campaigns, and event sponsorships. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will ensure that marketing efforts align with company goals and objectives. Finally, you will monitor marketing metrics and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
