The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting corporate marketing initiatives and business development activities. This position is responsible for a wide range of tasks that include assisting in proposal preparation and coordination, conducting marketing research, developing marketing materials, and maintaining project and technical staff resume data. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist with digital marketing initiatives, manage CRM development and maintenance, and coordinate graphic design efforts. Additionally, this role involves organizing tradeshows and events, as well as handling various clerical and administrative tasks related to all marketing efforts. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with project teams to produce proposals, statements of qualifications, and related marketing materials, such as presentation materials and brochures, under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager. The coordinator will lead the development and maintenance of technical staff resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and other branded materials. They will also be responsible for updating and maintaining templates for proposals, qualifications packages, resumes, and PowerPoint presentations. The Marketing Coordinator will plan and coordinate marketing and business development activities, including conferences, tradeshows, and mixers. They will work collaboratively to develop social media content and lead the graphic production and writing of all social media posts, again with oversight from the Senior Marketing Manager. Other responsibilities include assisting with digital external newsletters, website updates, employee engagement activities, award submissions, and marketing and business development planning efforts. The coordinator will also manage SWAG inventory and ordering, support business development efforts, maintain social media sites and company website information, and coordinate services of specialized consultants and vendors. Researching target markets, competition, potential clients, and client satisfaction is also a key part of this role. The Marketing Coordinator will stay actively involved in professional and community organizations, maintain industry knowledge through educational workshops or classes, and assist with the development and implementation of a corporate CRM platform. They will also assist in acquiring corporate and individual licensure in new states and draft monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytics reports. Finally, the coordinator will assist in developing an annual social media content calendar and perform other duties as assigned.
