In this role, you will support, coordinate, produce, and manage various marketing and communications strategies, programs, and materials. You will be responsible for designing, creating, and overseeing marketing projects or events, which may include advertising, promotions, sales campaigns, or communications that support the organization's business operations. Your work will directly impact revenue growth by generating new prospects and improving client retention through well-planned and executed marketing campaigns. You will translate corporate strategy into actionable marketing plans that drive business impact. Coordination with corporate marketing will be essential to ensure that local activities align with brand standards and that all materials are properly reviewed and centrally stored. You will perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes, following clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities. This role requires basic communication skills to effectively address internal and external clients and team members, and you will work under direct supervision with limited autonomy. Additionally, you will be expected to perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns/activities focused on revenue growth to generate new prospects and improve client retention.
  • Translates corporate strategy into robust and actionable marketing plans capable of driving business impact.
  • Coordinates with corporate marketing to ensure local activities are in brand and materials are properly reviewed and centrally stored.
  • Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
  • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
  • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
  • Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience.
