About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at B.L. Harbert International, LLC plays a crucial role in supporting proposal coordination and the development of marketing materials. This position involves collaborating with senior management and various departments to ensure proposals are compliant and effectively address client needs. The coordinator will also assist in creating marketing content for both internal and external communications, while participating in event planning and corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in directing all proposal efforts
• Support the creation and review of proposal outlines
• Analyze the Request For Proposal (RFP)/Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)/bid requirements against the proposal outline
• Lead development of proposal sections and volumes
• Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings
• Assist in the development of technical narratives for final proposal packages
• Assist in event planning and execution
• Review proposal narratives and volumes for compliance
• Create and maintain market-related content on the website
• Coordinate with clients to confirm project information and photography
• Assist in the production of interview presentations and marketing materials
• Execute marketing materials including project sheets and resumes
• Coordinate and support corporate and philanthropic events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
• 2+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong technical writing skills preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Capability to problem solve independently
• Team player
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to maintain a US Government Security Clearance
