About the position

Acuren is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance and promote the organization's brand within the industrial community. This role involves developing creative marketing solutions, managing social media presence, and supporting the broader Commercial team in marketing strategies and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn content, develop engaging posts, and track performance metrics.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, campaigns, and internal use.
• Design digital and print materials such as flyers, brochures, and event signage while ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute to the annual magazine newsletter and business development efforts through marketing collateral.
• Assist leadership in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote engineering services.
• Help plan and execute company-sponsored events.
• Other work duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Experience in photography, videography, and editing (Lightroom; Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical or engineering setting.
• B2B marketing experience and knowledge of SEO best practices.
