About the position

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by coordinating various projects and initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and content marketing, along with proficiency in marketing automation tools. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the executive team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Manage marketing automation processes to streamline communication and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted advertising materials that align with sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain the company's website by updating content and ensuring optimal performance.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives, tracking expenses, and reporting on financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, or related areas is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other analytical tools for measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with WordPress is an advantage.
