The Marketing Coordinator at Rosenblatt Law Firm (RLF) is a full-time role focused on enhancing the firm's marketing efforts and brand presence. This position serves as the primary liaison between RLF and the external marketing agency, TradeCraft, ensuring effective communication and project management. The coordinator will oversee various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, event planning, and content creation, while maintaining alignment with the firm's strategic goals and values.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between RLF and TradeCraft, ensuring clear communication on marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate project timelines and provide updates and feedback between RLF and the agency.
  • Organize and manage marketing assets required by the agency and assist in preparing content briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the review and approval process for marketing materials, collecting revisions from RLF stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign progress and performance, ensuring campaigns meet goals, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Track and analyze metrics for digital campaigns and report insights to guide future strategy.
  • Collaborate to plan and execute firm-hosted events, overseeing logistics and promotional materials.
  • Plan and manage in-office events, coordinating catering, decor, and scheduling.
  • Assist in reviewing social media content to ensure alignment with RLF's goals and voice.
  • Monitor online mentions and reviews, coordinating responses with agency support.
  • Ensure consistent application of RLF's brand guidelines in all marketing materials.
  • Maintain marketing project files for easy access by RLF and TradeCraft.
  • Identify and pursue local and industry award opportunities, coordinating award applications.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for attorneys to share expertise through various platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with event planning and coordinating professional gatherings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
