About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Beacon Hill is a full-time role focused on enhancing the organization's branding and marketing efforts. This position is essential for implementing both online and offline marketing strategies to maximize market presence and engagement. The coordinator will work closely with various teams to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and coordinate marketing campaigns aimed at improving academic outcomes for children in North Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Videography, photography, graphic design, and website/social media management.
  • Assist with implementing online and offline marketing strategies to maximize market presence.
  • Coordinate campaigns using multiple channels (web, email & direct mail) as part of an overall contact strategy.
  • Maintain online content, including adding new product advertisements and updating existing ones.
  • Initiate and provide content & creative direction for product pages & landing pages.
  • Develop, deploy, and analyze web, direct mail, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Use social media tools to optimize marketing programs on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Support strategies to increase engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Assist with ideation, strategy, content creation, execution, reporting, and analytics.
  • Create and develop original social and email content, including flyers and event content.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit exceptional writing and editing skills to create compelling content for various platforms.
  • Create and maintain a marketing calendar for campaigns and events.
  • Craft engaging content showcasing programs, events, and achievements.
  • Collaborate with campus staff to gather information and create advertising and communication plans.
  • Develop high-quality content for various target audiences and marketing channels.
  • Attend community and campus events to capture digital content for social media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and graphics, preferably as a recent college graduate or college senior.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Creative Cloud (Suite).
  • Ability to update social media platforms effectively.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and decision-making skills.
