About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in achieving the marketing objectives of Carbon Valley Heating & Air by leveraging their HVAC knowledge and digital marketing skills. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various marketing channels, coordinate campaigns, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage agreed social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, etc.
• Coordinate all direct mail campaigns, including newsletters and phone calls to the existing client base.
• Track & manage master lead source log to ensure maximum ROI.
• Facilitate referral program and track referral sources.
• Monitor reviews and respond on all platforms.
• Manage and update customer databases, existing and new targets.
• Present marketing results and organize upcoming marketing activities/promotions.
• Research new sources of advertising.
• Develop, coordinate, and track all marketing activities.
• Establish a marketing budget with the Owner and determine a monthly budget.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically in digital marketing and HVAC.
• Strong understanding of content management and SEO best practices.
• Experience with social media management and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
