About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Performance Foodservice involves performing a variety of graphic design, video content, and marketing duties to support the Marketing and Sales Department. The role focuses on creating engaging content for social media, managing design projects for both external customers and internal promotions, and coordinating marketing events. This position is essential in enhancing the company's relationship with its diverse clientele, including independent restaurants and hotels.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Graphic Design, Video Content and Marketing tasks such as external customer design projects with a variety of restaurant customers.
• Internal design projects for product and Company promotions.
• Creating engaging and entertaining content for our social media outlets.
• Taking raw video footage, editing, and posting to social media platforms.
• Creating and managing our social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
• Manage a large variety of tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in coordinating other marketing events such as sales meetings and food shows.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or applicable work experience.
• 2+ years' graphic design experience.
• 1+ years' experience in video content creation and editing.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
