The Marketing Coordinator at Supherb Farms plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Team in executing various marketing campaigns and programs. This position is designed to ensure flawless execution across all marketing touchpoints, which may include website management, content marketing, paid media, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and marketing automation. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for organizing and managing events, including trade shows and industry participation, while continuously improving the processes associated with these events. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Culinary teams to develop annual event plans, strategies, budgets, and performance metrics for approximately two to three events per year. This includes leading the entire event journey from planning and execution to measuring success and hosting post-event debriefs. The coordinator will also support sales with marketing needs for sales-sponsored events and will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns around key industry events, including content and asset creation, as well as communication development before, during, and after the events. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will lead the annual update of marketing collateral, ensuring that all materials are accurate and compliant with brand guidelines. This includes supporting the Brand Manager in the development of sales and marketing materials, signage, trade show collateral, and digital content. The role requires strong writing skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to produce impactful content that reflects SupHerb Farms' brand positioning. As a HubSpot subject matter expert, the Marketing Coordinator will advocate for the use of HubSpot to solve business problems and identify new revenue opportunities. They will support the execution of marketing campaigns using HubSpot's marketing automation features, including workflows and reporting. The coordinator will also assist in implementing annual touchpoint plans that encompass paid, owned, and earned media tactics, and will play a key role in social media activities and community management. Overall, this position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will also be involved in new product launches, competitor analysis, and other special projects as needed.
