About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team at RE/MAX Top Performers by executing various marketing campaigns to promote the Jane Lee Team brand. This role involves managing social media, creating content, and collaborating with designers to develop marketing assets. The position is in-office and requires a proactive approach to marketing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all social media management, including planning and posting to all channels.
• Create copywriting for all social media posts and edit videos.
• Write additional content for blog posts.
• Discover trending topics and community interests relevant to the target audience.
• Assist in content development for graphic design, email campaigns, flyers, and postcards.

Requirements

• 0-1+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a similar field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Canva.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital marketing (1 year preferred).
